Regular cleaning covers the basics that keep your home looking neat and tidy, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen, and making beds. It's designed to maintain a level of cleanliness around the house.
How frequently should I book a regular cleaning service?
The frequency depends on your lifestyle, family size, and home usage. Most customers prefer weekly or bi-weekly cleanings, but we also offer monthly services for less trafficked homes.
Can I customize the tasks included in my regular cleaning plan?
Absolutely! We are flexible with our service and happy to customize our regular cleaning to suit your specific needs and priorities.
Will the same cleaner come each time?
We strive to send the same cleaner for each visit so that they become familiar with your preferences and specific needs. However, in cases of unpredictable situations, a similarly qualified cleaner will take over without compromising the quality of service.
Regular Cleaning
This is a maintenance service and it is available after we perform our Initial Deep Cleaning. For this service, we have a set flat rate per cleaning frequency while your contract is valid. We have 3 frequency options available to make sure our service fits your property and schedule needs. As a maintenance service, this cleaning does not include the inside of your appliances, windows, or inside of your cabinets, however, those can be included in regular service as an add-on service for an adjusted rate.

All Rooms
- Cobwebs removed
- Dust top of door frames and door knobs
- All light fixtures and fan blades dusted
- All wall hangings dusted and cleaned
- Dust decorative accessories
- All glass and mirrors cleaned and sparkled
- Floors vacuumed, swept, and mopped (if needed)
- Empty wastebaskets and reline
- Dust window blinds, sills and frames
- Dust all baseboards, switch plates, and outlet covers
- All furniture polished and dusted
- Vacuum carpets and area rugs
- Vacuumed under furniture
- Empty wastebaskets and reline
- Lamp and lampshades dusted
Kitchen
- Outside cabinets and knobs dusted and spot cleaned
- Tabletops, countertops, and backsplash cleaned and sanitized
- Sinks and drain scrubbed, rinsed, and buffed
- Stainless steel and chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
- Range hood, exhaust fan, stovetop, and drip pans cleaned and sanitized
- Clean sliding glass doors
- Microwave oven cleaned inside and out
- Exterior of small appliances wiped down (toaster, blender, etc.)
- Clean front and top of refrigerator (where possible)
- Garden window above sink spot cleaned
- Place dirty dishes in dishwasher (no rinsing included)
- Rinse big items, pots, and pans (don’t fit in dishwasher)
Bathrooms
- All vanities, sinks, and countertops cleaned and sanitized
- Outside cabinets and knobs dusted and spot cleaned
- All stainless steel and chrome fixtures cleaned and sanitized
- Toilets cleaned and sanitized, including base and rear
- Tub and shower scrubbed, cleaned, and sanitized
- Shower tile cleaned and sanitized
- Clean tissue and towel holders
- Change 1 set of towels (if provided and arranged)
Bedrooms
- Vacuum under bed (if accessible)
- Lamps and lamp shades dusted
- All beds made only
- Bed linens changed (if provided, 1 bed included only)
Utility Rooms
- Exterior of washer and dryer cleaned
- Utility sink cleaned and sanitized

- Vacuum under furniture cushions
