We had them for almost a year. They used caustic chemicals that removed silver finish from chrome stove knobs and the bathtub drain. It was a few months later that we noticed. A few months after that, they broke our venetian blinds in two places, and we noticed that immediately. After bringing it to their attention, they did not offer to fix it or replace it. Needless to say, we were disappointed, and terminated our service.

We have been customers of DB cleaning for over 10 years and have been very happy with their services. They are always prompt, communicative, and extremely friendly. Their cleaning is great and their prices very reasonable. We probably don't have the easiest house to clean - 3 kids and two pets in a 3-floor townhouse that's almost always a little chaotic - and they still always do a wonderful job! Highly recommended.

WOW!!!! I scheduled a deep clean yesterday and it far exceeded my expectations! The girls went ABOVE and BEYOND, and I could not be happier! My house is spotless. It was worth every penny, and even cost less than a lot of the other well-known cleaning companies I got quotes from. Amazing work!!!! Would 110% recommend!!!!

Amazing cleaning service. Used them for a move in deep clean and I couldn't believe the level of detail and attention that the crew put in. Would 100% recommend and would use them again. Also used DB for carpet cleaning. Very convenient to have one local service perform everything I needed to move in. Super easy to schedule and they were right on time!

I honestly didn't know what to expect with a deep cleaning. DB Cleaning Services DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The crew was respectful and efficient in every way. They made my home beautiful! They really do think of everything and pay close attention to detail. Do yourself a favor and give them a try !

We have used DB Cleaning Services for years, and they have been consistently reliable and professional with excellent attention to detail. Example: every so often we have a real deep clean done, and this was just done last week. We have two dressers that slide right into a space perfectly--but it means anything we drop behind it is basically gone forever. Their crew got everything out from behind there! We were thrilled! I had DB clean both of my homes. The first major issue we had was when one of the cleaners broke a large piece of glass from our vanity mirror. When I contacted management to advise them of the same, they proceeded to tell me that that large chunk of glass was always missing and that the team said it wasn't them. Not true, but I let it slide. There were always times when I saw the team standing around my laundry area on their phones as opposed to cleaning when the job was not complete. It was frustrating because they are paid hourly...
